Job Summary:

Liberty Precast Products is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team at our concrete pipe manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will assist in the production of precast concrete pipe products, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and help ensure product quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate concrete pipe manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare/Oil molds and pallets, pour concrete, and assist with form setup
• Clean and maintain molds, tools, and work areas
• Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE usage and OSHA compliance
• Inspect finished products for defects or irregularities
• Support team members in various departments as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing or concrete production is a plus
• Ability to read measuring tapes and blueprints is an advantage
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
